MM Sweets Bench Privacy Policy

MM Sweets Bench is a quiet on-device workbench for home baking notes published by MM SWEETS LLC. This policy explains the small set of platform interactions that the application takes part in and confirms how your bench data stays under your control.

01Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the MM Sweets Bench application distributed on Google Play with bundle identifier com.mmsweets.bench. The application is published by MM SWEETS LLC, a legal entity registered with DUNS 498594574 and addressed at 58-b vul. Alma-Atynska, Kyiv, 02092, Ukraine.

02What stays on your device

Recipe notes, pantry rows and saved scaled batches are stored locally through Android key-value storage. They remain on the device, can be cleared from Android Settings → Apps → MM Sweets Bench → Storage and travel only with that installation.

• Recipe drafts: title, ingredients block, steps, tags, creation timestamp.
• Pantry rows: ingredient name, quantity, unit, optional expiry timestamp, used flag.
• Scaled batches: chosen recipe, target servings, scaled lines, creation timestamp.
• A small flag confirming that you have acknowledged this policy.

03Platform services we rely on

The application depends on a small set of platform services that are part of being published on Google Play:

• Google Play Services and Google Play install referrer: required by Google Play for distribution, install integrity, update delivery and crash diagnostics produced by the Android platform itself.
• Google Fonts: the Lobster and Manrope typefaces are bundled inside the application package and are loaded from local storage at runtime; no font files are downloaded over the network during normal use.

Anonymous diagnostic information that the Android platform generates for any installed app (for example, native crash signals collected by Google Play) is governed by Google's own policies and is not assembled or analysed by MM SWEETS LLC.

04External links

The Privacy Policy entry inside the application opens this very page in your default browser. The Support entry opens your default mail client to compose a message addressed to [email protected]. Once a link is opened, the destination application takes over and is governed by its own privacy practices.

05Permissions

MM Sweets Bench requests only the standard internet permission required by the Android platform to open the privacy and support links above. The application does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, calendar, files, photos, notifications or device identifiers.

06Children

MM Sweets Bench is intended for general audiences ages sixteen and above. The application does not knowingly collect any information from children and does not present advertising of any kind.

07Data retention and removal

All bench data lives on your device for as long as the application is installed. Uninstalling the application removes the local storage that holds your recipe notes, pantry rows and saved batches. Reinstalling starts a fresh blank bench.

08Updates to this policy

If MM SWEETS LLC publishes a meaningful change to this policy, a new version of the page will appear at this address and the in-app Privacy entry will continue to point here.
