This privacy policy describes how the website at mmsweets.shop, operated by MM SWEETS LLC, treats information about its visitors. The site is a presentation page for our home-baking workbench application and a contact point for the publisher; it does not host an account system, an online store, a checkout flow, advertising or behavioural analytics.
01Who runs this site
The website mmsweets.shop is operated by MM SWEETS LLC, a legal entity registered with DUNS 498594574 and addressed at 58-b vul. Alma-Atynska, Kyiv, 02092, Ukraine. Throughout this policy «the site» means mmsweets.shop and all pages served from the same hostname, and «we» means MM SWEETS LLC.
02What the site does not collect
The site does not ask the visitor for any personal information. There are no sign-up forms, no order forms, no checkout, no comment widgets and no «contact us» form. The site does not place its own tracking cookies, does not run a marketing or analytics tag manager, and does not embed advertising scripts.
- No account creation, login or password storage.
- No order placement, payment processing or invoicing.
- No newsletter, subscription or marketing opt-in collected on the site.
- No first-party analytics, A/B testing, heat-mapping or session replay scripts.
- No advertising or remarketing pixels.
The only way a visitor can transmit information to MM SWEETS LLC through the site is by clicking a «mailto:» link, which opens the visitor's own mail client. The address and the contents of any e-mail you choose to send to [email protected] are processed solely to reply to your message and are retained in our mailbox for as long as is necessary to handle the request, then deleted.
02aWhat we may process when you write to us
When you e-mail [email protected] we receive the sender address you used, the subject and the contents of the message. We do not aggregate this information into a mailing list, do not share it with third parties for marketing, and do not sell it. We rely on legitimate-interest grounds (replying to a direct request you initiated) for processing this minimum-necessary correspondence.
03Third-party platform services that load on every page
The site is intentionally minimal but does rely on a small number of third-party services to deliver its pages to your browser. Each is listed below with its purpose and a pointer to its own published policy.
- Cloudflare — the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served through the Cloudflare CDN. Cloudflare receives the standard HTTP request data necessary to deliver the page (IP address, user-agent, referer header, URL) and may briefly log it for security and abuse-prevention purposes. - Google Fonts — the site uses the Lobster and Manrope typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com. When your browser requests the font file, Google receives the standard HTTP request data described above. See the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Play (only when you click «Discover the bench») — the application install button forwards you to the Google Play product page. From that moment Google is the data controller for what happens in its store, and its policies apply.
No other third-party scripts, fonts, beacons, social-widget embeds or video players are loaded by the site.
04Cookies and similar technology
The site does not set any first-party cookies of its own, does not maintain a session and does not use localStorage / sessionStorage / IndexedDB on the visitor's device. The only cookies that may appear are operational cookies set by Cloudflare for security purposes (for example __cf_bm, used to mitigate bot attacks). Those cookies are out of scope of MM SWEETS LLC and are governed by Cloudflare's own policy.
05Server logs
As is the case with virtually every web service, our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs (HTTP method, URL, status code, approximate timestamp, IP address) to monitor availability and detect abuse. We do not actively read these logs, do not cross-reference them with any visitor identity and do not use them to build a profile. They are rotated by the hosting provider on its own schedule.
06Children
The site presents general information about a home-baking workbench application and is intended for general audiences ages sixteen and above. It does not knowingly collect any information from children and does not present advertising of any kind.
07Your rights
Because the site does not maintain a profile of you, there is normally nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. If you have written to [email protected] and would like the resulting correspondence deleted, ask us to do so in a follow-up message and we will remove it from our mailbox within a reasonable period. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority of your country of residence.
08Changes to this policy
If MM SWEETS LLC publishes a meaningful change to this policy, the updated version will appear at this address. The previous wording is replaced rather than versioned, so the page you are reading is always the current one.
